NOTES:
There are 5 teams in the Round Robin. Teams are numbered from 5 to 9; the winner of the USA2 Round of 32 match is number 9; the losers of the USA1 Round of 8 matches are 5 through 8 - the loser of the 4 vs 5 match is 5, the loser of the 3 vs 6 match is 6, the loser of the 2 vs 7 match is 7 and the loser of the 1 vs 8 match is 8. The 4 survivors will be assigned USA2 bracket numbers 5 through 8 in the same way.
Each team will sit out the matches scheduled against team 10
Each match is 16 boards long, played in two 8-board halves.
EVERY PLAYER ON EACH TEAM MUST PLAY AGAINST EACH OTHER TEAM
