 | Bill is a consultant in physics and applied math who acquired an interest in tournament bridge when the Blue Team was wiping up the floor with our various U.S. representatives (mid 1950's). Knockouts remain his major focus, and he has spent endless hours on bidding theory. His publications include two articles in The Bridge World concerning the potential uses of compressed responses and rebids after a fit is found. |
